Permission was sought to specifically modify Thendil’s section of highway to lower it from above ground level to ground level:
Permission was not sought to modify the bridge that Felipe had built, nor was it sought to modify the ownership of the region. However, the bridge was within the 200 block radius of the city, deeming the area of road as part of Thendil’s section. With that being said, it has been determined that a large miscommunication has occurred between the parties involved, and no ban will be issued. A fine of F10000 has been placed for the removal of ownership, which has been restored. Vita has offered to cover this cost.
The remainder of the highway needs to have substantial progress alongside this to be at or just above the surface in the coming weeks or it may face removal.
