Raise Government Plot Limit Amount Per Player Per City To 5-6 (Excludes Helloclan)

Players and Companies may not be listed as an owner or member on more than three plots in each government city/HelloClan City district.

My reasoning: Many individuals are grandfathered in, in several cities, exceeding the plot limit. I understand, there needs to be a plot limit, however, considering the size of our active playerbase, its kind of difficult to justify limiting players to 3 plots, when a majority of government cities are empty/inactive.

Remove this Government Fine if a player is in breach of Government City Plot Cap Rules.

If a player is to be found in breach of the government city plot cap rules, the offending player will be removed from all plots in excess without consultation. They will also be fined F500 per block in surface area for the excess plots.

So, this seems highly excessive, a fine 25x the land value in government cities. For example, I used to own the plot wc4, in West Helloclan, if I was in breach of this rule myself, the fine for that plot would be F924,000, literally almost 1 million dollars. I was curious and since Agora would be illegal to own if made today, I calculated the fine for it. It is 12765 blocks which would make the fine against Monrah F6,357,500 I hope you understand that the fine for Toromboo if he wasn’t grandfathered in would be even higher than this. I am evaluating the extremes on this spectrum, however, this can end up banning a player for decades, and is pointless. The only necessary punishment is stripping the player of their extra plots.

Remove this very specific rule for buying land over an Ocean

It is not allowed to buy land over a large body of water, like lakes and oceans, unless building something reasonably expected to occur in a body of water.

· For example, buying land over water to build a boat, dock, or protect the coastline is permitted, while buying land over water to build a building that floats on or above the water is not permitted.
· If land is being purchased to construct an island or extend the coastline, the land must be fully terraformed and made to look natural.
· Guardian and Squid farms should be submerged under water, with exception to already existing farms - If the farm is sold to another player, the new owner must make changes to comply with the rule. Farms for other mob types are not permitted to be built in bodies of water.
· These rules do not apply to small bodies of water, like ponds.

I don’t see any reason this exists except to prevent an eyesore, but why.

Make Players Pay to Use Airport (Funds Go To City Owners)

Make the Helipad Fee a 1 Time Purchase, Instead of a monthly Subscription.

Helipads fees must be paid to the government monthly, paid for by the owner of the destination. Helipad connection fees are as follows:

· For a helipad within 200 blocks of a city, the fee is F20,000 per month.
· For a helipad between 200 blocks and 500 blocks away from a city, the fee is F40,000 per month.
· For a helipad between 500 blocks and 1000 blocks away from a city, the fee is F60,000 per month.

· Failure to pay the monthly helipad connection fee will result in the connection being removed.

I am suggesting a flat fee of like 100k to create your own personal helipad. 60K Per Month is outrageous.

Remove the current PVP Toggle Plugin, and make PVP in the Wild Legal
PVP would still be OFF in regioned land, and cities, unless the owner turns it on. PVP would also be legal in resource worlds. Also KEEP INVENTORY IS ON.

All Inactive Private Cities are to be Auctioned on the Forums

Another private city is within 200 blocks. That private city has the option to buy it at land value, or have the government demo or auction it.

The reason for this suggestion, is building a new city, requires 500k and a lot of time/motivation. Most inactive cities are below that 500k threshold, already have infrastructure, however are unavailable to most players because they boarder another city who has claim. I’m not denying the other cities right to claim their neighboring city, however, buying an entire city at 5F landvalue, with completed infrasture, and probably a decent amount of loot, isn’t right.

Staff Should Start Eyesoring/Unapproving Private Cities Not Following These Rules

Private City Plot Rules:

· At least half of the plots are sold or available to rent or buy, through areashop signs or signs to contact an active city owner (<1 month inactive).
· A city with less than half of its plot regions sold/rented or for sale/rent is at risk of being unapproved (3 month eyesore notice).

My reason for this is, I was lead of the Private City Department for 4 years, and I know lots of private cities who do not follow these rules. I tried finding a new player a city plot for sale a month ago, and the only city I could find with actual plot forsale signs was Aruba. It is ridiculous.

Remove the Government Trade Center
My Opinion: The reasoning I’ve been told, to why GTC still exists is it serves as a place for players to sell their unwanted items. I find this statement plain false, because like 90% of the items in minecraft the GTC doesn’t buy. Staff are against players using the GTC to make a decent income on items they buy because that isn’t its purpose. Historically, the GTC is rather well known for its prices being exploited making many players excessive amounts of money, the most famous being Spav selling apples in 2017. Even currently, this previous year, players were making millions of forsals selling a variety of items to the GTC, i.e. copper. Obviously there is no cohesiveness in how GTC prices are created, or what it sells, so either remove it, or make a department to regulate it and keep it transparent/keep prices transparent (show your math).

Enable the Smithing Table to Be Used on Rare Items/Slimefun Tools
I think its pretty self explanitory. Since the “Rare Purge” a couple years ago, most Prot 5 Armor, or OP Rares have been reverted to vanilla enchants (99%). The only rare items that havn’t been reverted are those with defined attributes i.e. attack speed, attack dmg, armor value, max health, luck that won’t be modifed if the piece is upgraded. This would allow for players to add smithing template designs to their armor, upgrade them to netherite, etc. As for slimefun tools, some netherite ones already exist, so I don’t see the problem allowing the general playerbase to upgrade.

The end resource has never been reset, legit its the same one I spawned snowmen in and got banned in like 5 years ago. I think actually having the ability to make farms and owning regions in the end again would be awesome.

Reduce KillAura and Printing Bans to 1 Month

If a player uses a client mod that provides an unfair advantage, they will receive the following punishment(s):

· Fly-hacking: A 3 month ban;
· X-Ray: A 4 month ban and the offender loses all their items, property, and money;
· Nodus: A 3 month ban, unless the cheat falls under another of the cheats listed;
· KillAura: A 3 month ban;
· Printing Mods 3 month ban and the printed blocks will be removed; Printing is not allowed on the economy server but it is on the build server, and easyplace is allowed on the economy server.

I just think that since we have allowed Easy Place which is almost printing, that a month ban will get the message across. Also since this isn’t a pvp server, kill aura will only be really used for afk farms, and 3 months is quite severe. Hypixel is only 1 month ban for killaura.

To me, that makes it hard to actually see the server’s opinion (vote) since you can’t also see who votes no for suggestions, just the people who say yes. Obviously, people don’t have to vote for suggestions they disagree with but how is anyone to really know how many people have interacted with the votes? If one person only decides to vote yes on one thing but not interact with others it seems results will not really reflect the entire population who want to vote on these suggestions. only being able to vote “yes” with no option for no, I cant see how results can be formulated.
