4K is also added to the region but i have confirmed with him he`s not owner of the plot since he sold it to TZ82

Also please in future use /active? <name> as /rga is not always able to display inactivity for city plots properly due to calculation systems, and is intended for wild regions only. /active? shows both /isactive? and /seen incase one or the other breaks btw.
