For the record, the issue is settled. I bought the plot and he got his money back.
The warp is also removed.

I think it would be worth it to bring the warps back up to a vote. The economy is improving in many areas, and so is the player count. I think it would only help new players navigate the server instead of the current method of elevators/buttons/ etc.

I kinda like warp plots, theres actually a massive exploit around making a warp plot right now that nobodys found.
