Currently, after evicting most of the inactive plots in North Helloclan, player ownership is very low, so these are my plans to boost the popularity within the city.

Introduce Revitalized Panda Shrine
The Panda Shrine has been sitting outside North Helloclan vacant ever since MythicMobs was removed from the server, currently I have already created the mobs for it, and am waiting on my designer (who is mia
) to finish the design where it will be implemented with new quests, rares, and a new boss.
Here is the current plan, the shrine will take the purple area and expand to the red area, and be the main toursit attraction that drives players to North HC. -
Auction New Plots
There are plenty of new plots availiable, including a recently vacant front row plot and I will auction them as soon as the election is over. (if i win ofc) -
Add more Quests

West Helloclan Manager (2018-2023)
Back in 2018 I was first appointed Manager of West Helloclan City, where I worked directly with Ashlyn_Rose/Dietnerb and the other managers/mayors to revamp Helloclan City. As Manager I replaced most of the roads in West Helloclan from wool to concrete. I evicted over 3 dozen plots, held auctions, created the first anti-monopoly plot rule ever in the history of government cities in 2019.
Also in 2019, I turned West Helloclan spawn into the first Octoberfest Event (with help from Ultra <3), this not only restored West Helloclan from being a desolate wasteland where plots sold for market value to hundred of thousands of forsals, it was the foundation for what West Helloclan has become today, the pinancle of Helloclan City. I was tough on Monopolies such as TOROMBOO, and was not afraid to go against the mold and take a bullet to fight against monopolies. -
Private City Department (2019-2023, 2025-present)
I was apart of the private city department for 4 years and even co-led the department with Cake until my departure. Under my leadership, I restarted the City Buyback Program and created/started a democratic vote system within the discord so that all city department memebers could have an equal say on the daily activities. The City Buyback program was a huge sucess, we bought over 7 cities during my time and demolished over 5 including Sahara. The City Buyback Program poured money into the economy and helped the demolition industry in Hellominers by introducing over a million forsals worth of government contracts into the economy over a 3 year span. -
Swamp City Mayor (2024-2025)
When I was elected as Swamp City mayor I made a promise to the people to revitalize the city the best I could. Immediatly after my victory Swamp City held the very first North Helloclan.
Over 12 people showed up to enjoy the festivities, and even one of the canidates Somfic was found to be the consirator behind an assassination attempt behind Monrah. Right after, I worked with staff to create the Halloween Event, and make it happen in Swamp City. The Halloween Event was a huge hit, and I am currently working on revitalizing a shrine near North City with the same intent.

North Helloclan Interim Mayor (2024 - Present)
After Somfic won the election and got busy with stuff IRL, I was asked to take over his duties since I was already elected as Mayor of Swamp City. As Interim Mayor, I completly revamped the scenery around North Helloclan. Transforming it from this city stuck in 2016 to having beautiful trees and modern architecture.
I also started making prefab buildings, to sell at a later date, and hiring various people to demoish old/build new buildings. I’ve introduced over 100k in the economy just through these projects and would be projected to introduce over 200k if I win this election. Not only that but as of currently the last two auctions I hosted, front row plots sold for almost up to 300k, with the new hype of the city being revived. Lastly, I introduced the assination quest into North Helloclan, allowing any player to make 5K a month and bringing more traction to North Helloclan.
If I do not win this election, I will work with the next mayor under my Developer role and help them with more quests in the future.
