[Suggestion] More rentable plots in gov cities and max times for rentable periods (with flexibility - see post)

The suggestion here is to introduce more rentable shops, especially stalls, food vans, news stands etc in government cities.

Shops specifically for new players that are rentable as well.

Also, to go into the config for areashop and introduce a maximum rent time to somewhere between 4-6 months. What this means is the player has to come back to rent the plot again and cannot indefinitely rent cheap plots. To anyone who is against this, bear in mind this would not stop you unrenting and re-renting to extend your rent. What it does is encourage server footfall.

I think this is a good discussion and esch mayor should look at opportunities to put things like food trucks and shops around city or where it makes sense. The second discussion im not too sure how possible that is but it is also not a bad suggestion

The areashop config allows for maxextends and maxRentTime and other options.

As a side note I rented my house out in Pelican Hills and the guys that rented it, bought up rent for the next 10 years or so, which I think is bit much. Never saw them again lol.
