To prevent monopolisation of government city plots at sub-warps, I recommend you extend gold plot rules to include companies. As shown here, two plots around the main square at the old /warp c has shared ownership and is branded with the same company with at least 1 person listed on both plots.
Not extending gold plot rules to include companies could not only allow unfair monopolisation of plots and lack of availability it could also be highly risk to footfall at that location should a company go inactive i.e. due to bans, players leaving or falling out.
