[Suggestion] Allow for post 18+ months to become X years or something in /isactive

I got bored and checked how inactive Tedde was, and it said 60 months - essentially placing it 5 years since he last joined during September 2017 for over 1 hour.

At that point at least, i’d expect it to start counting in years since it becomes a large number otherwise.

We can take a look at the config for it and do so if possible, but if its not a feature of the plugin its unlikely that this will happen.
