Hello to who this man concern. I recently acquired a plot in Syndicates city of Azure Bay. This plot was given to me by a dear friend some of you might know, 87. This was roughly 1 week ago. When Crafted and I logged on today we got notice from our landlord Syndicate that we are now at eviction risk due to the plot not having significant change including no shops being set up in the plot. This seems very crazy to me that after 1 week I can lose a plot when gov cities don’t even do things to that extreme! Below I supplied a picture of the City Rules.
Please Look at rule 7. In these rules it says we have 2 weeks to Start building which the building is already done we just had to do the interior. And we have 3 weeks to finish. This means that not only have we not hit the 2 weeks to start building. We also aren’t close to the 3 week mark. Below is a Sign with the eviction notice.
Please Note Rule 8 as well. How can a city owner who has been banned also make rules against others who have a criminal offense?
ALSO Note Rule 9. Syndicate has the ability to determine if your shop is evictable based on stock. With this being said I know he wants this plot due to it being a parting gift from my dear friend 87. If it is up to his opinion on our shops selection. He can technically wrongfully evict us based on bias remarks.
All in all, I am asking for whoever to please look into this. I know syndicate has a prior history of bans due to this city and I feel threatened as a hellominers player that this powerful individual will try to take away my property from me.

soccer is bringing up potential rule violations even with the issues this plot has had between 87 and now soccer there shouldn’t be in game name calling which is uncalled for. if there is a issue between soccer and the city owner I think both sides of the story should be told and hm staff team make an informed decision. and this will need to be settled regardless of who’s right or who’s wrong

this behavior shouldn’t be allowed.
id like to also point out if syndicate hasn’t mailed all owners of the plot to properly notify them especially when we are all juggling and trying to manage multiple plots it can be rather difficult to walk up to just signs.
I don’t agree with rule 8 especially if the city owner has been banned. this is not fair as its giving banned players that are trying to do right a disadvantage to owning a plot. this won’t help our player count if we are opening the gateway to add vague rules such as this that targets specific player groups
also decent stock is very vague along with nothing in the rule board showing there needs to be a shop or have furniture on the inside as long as the inside is not in a huge dug hole
As a player who has been banned various times before, most notably as “DutchSquad” back in 2016, resulting in a ban lasting over a year (to my remembrance) seems to have slipped peoples mind. I have had too many run-ins with synd and so does a lot of the community it seems. Im not sure how he gets such high ranking positions in the server with such shady actions.
