Description:
Per an advanced upcoming project, your position will entail selling rental houses & apartments to new players, and purchasable property to existing players. You’ll gauge what the client is looking for in a property, and use our catalog of existing property to find appropriate matches.
This is a full-time position.
Compensation:
You’ll make a 5% commission on purchasable property sales, and 3% commission on first-month rental purchases. Once you hit a cap of F50,000, you’ll earn 10% commission on purchasable property sales, and 5% commission on first-month rental purchases, with a sizable bonus for entire buildings rented out.
