Note: It came to my attention that prices are too high considering its a 50% ownership deal. Ill be cutting prices on everything 50%, the same as if you were to build a tower with someone and you split the cost. Also, new owners are not only getting 50% of the property but also 100% of rents and stores. At these prices I am loosing money, this is the lowest It can go in order to follow with the best of intentions the deal done with the gov to sell these properties.

As part of a deal done with the gov I will be selling all my wc buildings.
Also as part of the same deal, I already sold 100% of my unused/unbuild wc plots to the gov.
The deal is as follows:
- New owners will own 50% of the land/tower and 100% of rents and stores from the land.
All of the towers being sold here took me months to complete each one, I spend a lot in materials/land/time, a list of today price of materials will be posted here along the plots so players can understand the price of the build.
Know that I am only listing the cost of the most expensive materials, there is a ton of other materials that are not being listed.

- I paid 10k per floor to be done, labor was around 150k. Total Labor: 150k/2=75k
-The plot is conformed by 4 plots, buying those 4 builds in spawn at that time it cost me around 200k. Total land: 200k/2=100k
-The most expensive plot I bought in wc spawn was Orubo hq for 250k, sold by marc and jcava.
-There is a ton of materials that I did not post.
-Building also comes with a huge PH ready and available for the new owner.
-Building comes with all apartments furnished with the best of materials and design and it has a protection so renters can’t grief the apartments.

- A fair price for a plot that size would be around 180k following what near plots has been sold for. Total land: 180/2=90k
-I paid _Baz to build around 10 floors, it cost 10,000k per floor, 100k in labor to make all apts. Total labor: 100/2=50k

-This is the only building I would let the owner demolish if a nice building design similar to agora airport or that type of design its approved by me.

- This is a huge plot, its in C next to the street that divides WC and C. Following a sale of a plot (which is 1 plot away) made to the gov for 200k. This plot should cost 400-600k since its 3 times the size of the last plot sold some months ago, take into account this is the #1 or #2 biggest plot on C.
-Taking into account today’s price of materials, land price and the time it took me to build that tower, I would sell it under the deal mentioned above for 250k and if the owner comes up with a nice design similar to agora airport build or better and the owner builds it, I will sell the plot for 180k to the owner following the deal mentioned above.
