I’m sorry about what I was saying in the chat. I personally don’t think the word itself is racist, but I don’t think you would care about that. So instead of trying to change your mind, I want to ask for forgiveness. I have not been on the server in 3 years I believe and was unaware of the rules. Many of the servers I play are ok with that word. This server worked as a catalyst for me and my friend connection. Again, I am very sorry for my behavior on your platform and if you let me back in, I will not say that word or anything that somebody can see as offensive.

Not part of the decision making for unbanning people, but I really think that if you think the n-word is not offensive, then that says more about you than you think.
It’s offensive, no matter the context or usage, and it shouldn’t be used full stop (even if it’s in a question).

You personally don’t have to believe anything, because our server disagrees with that. We actually do care that you think this way, because it shows that you don’t respect how others view the word and that you thought it was okay to say it in the first place.
What are we forgiving if you think its still okay to say the word? What are you apologizing for if you don’t mean it?
It doesn’t matter how long you haven’t played on here, we still had the rule 3 years ago.
That’s not how this works. Your opinion and beliefs is what is problematic, and its not welcoming to our community. Just because you don’t say it doesn’t eliminate the problem.
