  1. No bidding on a HH plot if you already own property in HH
  1. No editing or cancelling bids.
  2. The winner must have the money when the auction is over. Otherwise, the bidder will be fined 10% of their bid and the next highest bidder will win.
  3. The auction may be called off at any time by a staff member.
  4. Each bid must include the bidder’s username.
  5. Each bid must increase by at least 10% higher than the last.
  6. The auction will end 48 hours after the most recent valid bid.
  7. Banned players may not bid.
  8. Please stay on topic.

Players should have done their calculations. The plot has around 14000 blocks, gov price of land in HH is 80F per block, meaning that the plot at gov land price is worth around 1,120,000F, so you could have sold it to the gov back for a profit (which I don’t recommend) or got the biggest plot in HH for a discounted price.

The starting bid of the auction was the land area of the region (7579 blocks) times the land price of HelloHills (80F). So I did my calculations. No need to call me out without calling me out.

Apologies for the confusion ender, I meant players in general, not staff. I must have miscalculated, I got around 13,000 blocks.
