The following eviction notice was issued to the isisuperstore plot owned by Monrah and natedogg723
An inactive use warning was given in response to the lack of apartments on upper floors of the building (all upper floors are empty and have remained so since the building was created) the lack of use of the lobby floor (none of the shops available on the first floor have been rented since the plot was purchased years ago).
The owners were sent a notice through the mail and an attempt to contact them through discord was made. No response was given and no changes have been made to the plot since the notice was sent.
