H.X - Appropriations Act - H2 (2025)
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the HelloMiners Congress assembled,
Section 1. Short Title
This Act may be cited as the “Appropriations Act - H2 (2025)”.
Section 2. Purpose
(a) To authorize and allocate government funds for operations during the second half of 2025.
(b) All funds shall be denominated in Forsals (F), the official currency of HelloMiners.
(c) Each department and branch shall operate under a monthly budget.
Section 3. Apportionment
(a) Congress: 432,000 F
(b) Executive Branch: 672,000 F
(c) Government Departments:
(i) Department of Agriculture: 0 F
(ii) Department of Commerce: 0 F
(iii) Department of Environment Protection: 0 F
(iv) Department of Housing: 0 F
(v) Department of the Interior: 0 F
(vi) Department of Justice: 0 F
(vii) Department of Labor: 0 F
(viii) Department of State: 0 F
(ix) Department of Transportation: 0 F
(x) Department of the Treasury: 0 F
(xi) HM Intelligence Agency: 0 F
(xii) Postal Service: 0 F
(d) Legislative Branch: 168,000 F
Section 4. Fiscal Management
(a) All departments must track expenditures and remain within their allocated budgets.
(b) The Department of the Treasury shall issue and record all disbursements and provide monthly budget reports to Congress.
(c) Congress may call for an audit at any time to ensure fiscal transparency.
Section 5. Amendments
(a) This act may be amended during the second half of 2025 to appropriate, adjust or reallocate funds as necessary.
