Player Helpers Wanted
Hi all. After a long hiatus, the Community Development Department is finally back in business. We are looking for people to join our ranks as Player Helpers, to help new players get settled in, and any older players who are making a comeback after a long hiatus who just need some help learning the quirks of this server. I’ve taken over the department, so you will be working directly under me.
Job Description
- You will act as the first ‘connection’ to any new players on the Server. As such, you’ll need to know how to track down most items, and be a friendly community member who lets new players know that you can be contacted at any time.
- You will not only be a tour guide to the server, but you will also be a community member able to lend a ear and hand to players needing support getting settled in. Whether that’s through helping them find their first job, or get accomodation on the server.
- You will be giving tips and teaching the new players some old (and new) tricks about the server, such as the Roleplay Jobs, and even possibly about getting started with creating cities even!

How many are we looking for?
We are aiming for people to be online in a wide range of timezones, to cover all possibilities - thus we do not have a exact limit on hiring amounts currently.
Will I be expected to be someone who is a veteran on the server?
Honestly, no. If you’ve got the knowledge of the server enough (which we will check via your application), and are clearly passionate about the server - then we will likely hire you. I don’t want to disadvantage any newer players who simply want to help out on the server in some form, and I think this role is a good stepping stone to learning more about the server too in some forms.
