[Government Contract] - North City Hall Interior Construction

For the ongoing North Helloclan Quest Rework I have had the existing North Helloclan City Hall empty interior designed. This will be a main location for the upcoming Mafia/Crime related quests such as the weekly Bodyguard and monthly Assassination quests. The goal is to feature more formal government job opprotunities on the forums.

Job Description: Currently the exterior of the North Helloclan City Hall is finished, along with most of the current ground floor. The contract will be completing (building) the rest of the floors per the design. If you are going to bid please keep in mind you will be paying for the materials in the design.

@North City Hall Interior Construction

• The build contract will be open for 1 Week.
• Each new bid must be at least 10% lower than the current leading bid.
• The bidder with the lowest bid will win the contract, unless under particular circumstances, then the 2nd lowest bid wins.
• 20% of payment will be awarded after the bidding has closed, with the remaining 80% being given upon completion.
• The contractor is allowed to hire associates, and it is their responsibility to pay them out of pocket.
• Should the contractor fail to complete their responsibilities within 1 month, staff will determine what compensation is deserved. If no progress has been made, the 20% will be taken back, and the contractor will be fined 5k.
• The auction will end 24 hours after the most recent valid bid.
• The government will not be liable for any materials purchased, except heads.
