Disclaimer: All plots being bid on are suburbs plots, and must abide by the rules of the suburbs. Houses or townhouses are required to be built on your plots in a traditional or modern style that fits with the surrounding area. Plots must be rented out and or ready to be rented out. One condition of eviction in the suburbs is not having a rent sign for your units. This wont be enforced until ARM is working. There is a height limit, im not sure what it is but probably nothing above 2 stories, 3 might be pushing it but might be ok in lots like sunew7 or sunew8, depends on how tall it is.
Rules:
No editing or cancelling bids.
The winner must have the money when the auction is over. Otherwise, the bidder will be fined 10% of their bid and the next highest bidder will win.
The auction may be called off at any time by a staff member.
Each bid must include the bidder’s username or have their forums account the same as their in game name.
Each bid must increase by at least 10% higher than the last.
The auction will end 24 hours after the most recent valid bid for each plot.
If you do not build on your plot, you risk being evicted.
Banned players may not bid.
