**The demolition contract will be open for 1 Week. Each new bid must be at least 10% lower than the current leading bid. The bidder with the lowest bid will win the contract, unless under particular circumstances, then the 2nd lowest bid wins. 20% of payment will be awarded after the bidding has closed, with the remaining 80% being given upon completion. The contractor is allowed to hire associates, and it is their responsibility to pay them out of pocket. Should the contractor fail to complete their responsibilities within 6 months, staff will determine what compensation is deserved. If no progress has been made, the 20% will be taken back, and the contractor will be fined 20k. The auction will end 24 hours after the most recent valid bid. The government will be responsible for covering the cost of purchased materials; the contractor will be responsible for making a spreadsheet of all materials bought, the price per block or per stack, and the number of blocks/stacks purchased. This will be cross-referenced with the material list to ensure there are no discrepancies. This only applies to restoring the land to its natural state.
