[Gov Auction] North Helloclan Plots #6

Hello everyone.

I am pleased to announce there will be 4 North HC Plots up for auction this month. You will be able to bid on any of the plots currently up for auction - but before you do - please take note of the auction and plot rules to ensure your bid is valid and you don’t end up with a plot you cannot claim.

Plot owners of Government city plots who are inactive for 4 months may be automatically evicted.

· All Government city plots must be actively used. For a plot to be considered actively used, it must meet at least one of the following conditions (except for plots meant for homes):

· There must be apartments available for rent on most floors if the plot is a skyscraper.
· There must be at least one chestshop per 20 blocks of the plot’s surface area, and the chest shops must be sufficiently stocked.
· The plot must have shop space(s) available for rent at a reasonable price.
· Anything else reasonably determined as “actively used” by the staff team.

· If a plot does not meet at least one of these conditions, it will receive a notice in accordance with the Eyesore process in Section VI.

There will be 4 plots auctioned today. 2 are adjacent to each other and are second row plots (you can merge them). The other two are farther back, one is behind Agora and another is near the 2020 Octoberfest Event Area/now park. They also have existing buildings on them!

• No editing or cancelling bids.
• The winner must have the money when the auction is over. Otherwise, the bidder will be fined 10% of their bid and the next highest bidder will win.
• The auction may be called off at any time by a staff member.
• Each bid must include the bidder’s username.
• Each bid must increase by at least 10% higher than the last.
• The auction will end 24 hours after the most recent valid bid.
• Banned players may not bid.
• Please stay on topic.
• Owners of 3 or more plots within North Helloclan City or Agora are not permitted to bid
