[Gov Auction] Cypress Hills

Hello everyone,

At the request of a player, the city of Cypress Hills is to be auctioned. All former owners are inactive and no cities are within 200 blocks.

Private Cities that become inactive enough will fall into the government’s hands to be auctioned off on the forums, UNLESS:

· Another private city is within 200 blocks. That private city has the option to buy it at land value, or have the government demo or auction it.

• No editing or cancelling bids.
• The winner must have the money when the auction is over. Otherwise, the bidder will be fined 10% of their bid and the next highest bidder will win.
• The auction may be called off at any time by a staff member.
• Each bid must include the bidder’s username.
• Each bid must increase by at least 10% higher than the last.
• The auction will end 48 hours after the most recent valid bid.
• Banned players may not bid.
• Please stay on topic.

The current land value of Cypress Hills is at F153,125 at F5/block so that will be the starting bid. Good Luck!
