Can you confirm both Ocelot City and Andromeda City, which are both active and within 200 blocks have said no to pursuing any claim on this city?

Yes, they have no purchasing claim.

How come? Have they waived this? I wouldn’t want to bid any further unless I know it’s not gonna be taken off us or forced to sell back.
