Hello, my name is Coffee. I am looking to have a little project of my own, but I am not looking to make a full fledge city. I just want to make a district of some sort called “CoffeeVille”. I have F50,000 to put down on land to start off until I get to about F100,000 worth. If there is a city willing/looking for a quaint district it would be lovely.
