As par the local Vassal State of Cardiff Caerdydd Council Act (FB25) bill, I hereby declare the opening of the Cardiff Elections with the following positions:

| Transportation Department Chair | Liases with both City Officials, the Southern Union for Development, the HelloMiners Congress, the Southern Coalition, and the HelloMiners Infrastructure department to provide a reasonable solution to transportation issues within Cardiff. Takes the lead of any transportation projects taking place within Cardiff, or acts as a lead representative for any projects relating to Cardiff’s transportation. |
| Development Department Chair | Liases with both City Officials, the Southern Union for Development, the HelloMiners Congress, the Southern Coalition, and the HelloMiners Infrastructure department to provide a reasonable solution to infrastructual and recreational issues within Cardiff. Takes the lead of any recreational projects taking place within Cardiff, or acts as a lead representative relating to Cardiff’s infrastructure & recreation. |
| Finance & Communications Department Chair | Handles the city’s budgeting and finances. Ensures city funding and balance doesn’t go into the negatives. |
As par the act, the following locations will be used as a electoral polling station for when voting opens:
- caeplot3 (8168, 64, 2268) - Cardiff Central Polling Station
Voting will use the Alternative Vote system, which is one of the most democratic systems out there.
