A report came up about potential issues in Azure Bay with the at time owner of the plot abb07 reporting changes to surrounding areas that seemed to have spilled over onto their region. The home was adjacent to a hill that was modified to be a path next to the plot which involved terraforming in the area. Despite the terraforming outside of the plot hurting the theme of the home and purpose, it is not against the rules to modify your city where you own the land.
Syndicate however damaged the roof and area above the home while terraforming in the plot region as seen from core protect logs above. As the damage occurred on a plot owned by a player without their permission, a grief punishment was decided for Syndicates actions. Core protect logs showed 24 blocks modified on the plot region. The report against syndicate indicated there was no communication between city owner and plot owner of these changes and the owner of the plot did not agree to these changes.
As only a small number of blocks were modified and the grief was tame, the lowest category grief punishment of 1 week was decided on.
