Staff: Joint Upper Staff Decision
Reason: Duping and General Mod Abuse
Time: 12 Month Ban, 20% Reduction for Honesty, 1 Year Probation

· Duping;
· Any other exploitation through glitches, bugs, etc.
Evidence/Investigation:
While looking into Console to fix the current TPS issues, it was noticed that a staff member may have been abusing moderator powers. During the investigation Spuddyman was asked about possible unfair advantaged they had made and were fully cooperative in the process helping lead staff to a possible fault in our systems. Staff will now and in the future be conducting checks on the fault identified as to not allow any player an unfair advantage in the future as well as a full dive into logs to look at any previous advantages made.
While Spuddyman was a Trial-Mod during this course of exploitation the staff decided to make a joint staff decision that does not reflect a ban time of “Forsals earned” from exploit as not many were earned. But as a decision as a respected member of the staff team, one who ensures the server can continue and flourish and is expected to uphold the values and enforce the rules.
The following rules have been taken into account:
· Full honesty and cooperation in the investigation into the offences that resulted in a ban will result in a 20% decrease in total ban time if applicable.
· Players on probation will receive a suffix [P] in-game.
· Players on probation will be banned again for the duration of their original ban plus for their new offence, if they break any rule or receive an official warning during their probation period.
Spuddyman2013 will be unbanned on July 24, 2026 and placed on probation ending July 24th, 2027.
