Hello everyone. I am pleased to announce there will be **3 North HC Plots** up for auction this month. You will be able to bid on any of the plots currently up for auction - but before you do - please take note of the auction and plot rules to ensure your bid is valid and you don’t end up with a plot you cannot claim. > [@HelloMiners Community Rules](https://hellominers.com/t/hellominers-community-rules/23470/8): > > · Plot owners of Government city plots who are inactive for 4 months may be automatically evicted. > > · All Government city plots must be **actively used.** For a plot to be considered actively used, it must meet at least one of the following conditions (except for plots meant for homes): > > > · There must be apartments available for rent on most floors if the plot is a skyscraper. > > · There must be at least one chestshop per 20 blocks of the plot’s surface area, and the chest shops must be sufficiently stocked. > > · The plot must have shop space(s) available for rent at a reasonable price. > > · Anything else reasonably determined as “actively used” by the staff team. > > · If a plot does not meet at least one of these conditions, it will receive a notice in accordance with the Eyesore process in Section VI. There will be 3 plots auctioned today. All 3 are 2nd row plots, two have existing buildings on them that you can keep or redesign yourself. One is the largest obtainable plot in North HC so take advantage of that. ![image](https://hellominers.com/uploads/default/original/2X/d/d29adf49662652050d2e74995403c2d2656a0cca.jpeg) **Rules:** > [@\[Gov Auction\] North Helloclan Plots](https://hellominers.com/t/gov-auction-north-helloclan-plots/25451/1): > > - No editing or cancelling bids. > - The winner must have the money when the auction is over. Otherwise, the bidder will be fined 10% of their bid and the next highest bidder will win. > - The auction may be called off at any time by a staff member. > - Each bid must include the bidder’s username. > - Each bid must increase by at least 10% higher than the last. > - The auction will end 24 hours after the most recent valid bid. > - Banned players may not bid. > - Please stay on topic. > - Owners of 3 or more plots within North Helloclan City or Agora are not permitted to bid **Auctioning:** nc26 (blue in dynmap) ![2025-04-23_06.57.00](https://hellominers.com/uploads/default/original/2X/2/2519559ab94bdda1d0a61e6013b96c7e6077a27f.jpeg) **Location:** North Helloclan City **Seller:** Government **Starting Price** - F17,500 **Auctioning:** chc (red in dynmap) ![2025-04-23_06.57.49](https://hellominers.com/uploads/default/original/2X/6/625afb88f1c064e1e4608eee36534dffa1618447.jpeg) **Location:** North Helloclan City **Seller:** Government **Starting Price** - F3,300 **Auctioning:** nc13 (orange in dynmap) ![2025-04-23_06.58.06](https://hellominers.com/uploads/default/original/2X/8/8c7f3d2349ce06688903114d337b709ad1f28b42.jpeg) **Location:** North Helloclan City **Seller:** Government **Starting Price** - F8,060 ---
